"The room was perfect. Location could not be better. Walking distance to almost all Broadway shows, Times Square, and subway stations. Every staff member was kind, respectful and very helpful. We needed a wheelchair rental, and immediately had options from the Reception Staff. And getting a taxi from the hotel took minutes with their help too."

"The Lucern was wonderfully located and exceptionally clean. The decor is dated, but pretty. The rooms (we had 2 rooms) were stuffy and the temperature difficult to regulate. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Location is great. Facility is good. The only thing I would ding the stay for is how hard the room doors slam shut. Late night / early morning when guests are coming and going, the slamming of the doors will wake you up."
