「The only problem we incurred was the shuttle to the casino. They said it was available 24 hours and the telephone # provided was on the card, asked to leave a recording. Waiting 10 minutes, no response. Called the Front Desk and was told to call the number on the card. Never heard back from anyone.」

「The unit is new, clean and honestly pretty spacious! But the only downside is the internet is painfully slow even when paying for it, i was needing to do some work while staying here and had to go offsite to get any decent connection. Otherwise this place is great」

「This charming 1930’s hotel has updated rooms , and i loved my room but my travel partner had a few issues in his room that the hotel already knew about. Mainly the water hitting outside the shower left puddles on the floor but they gave extra towels for the overflow. My room 216 was great but i would just be aware that if you get a room on second floor , you will have a very narrow and steep climb up with the luggage. 「Parking was on the street but right outside our door. There was free water and ice with a snack for breakfast which worked well for us. Only thing I would have liked was a shower cap Town closed down pretty early (except for a bar) and there was only a Mexican restaurant or a food truck within walking distance. Not really something the hotel can do anything about but if you’re looking for an active nightlife, you might want to stay closer to Cottonwood.」

「The staff was wonderful, and property was convenient. Bathroom shower area needed work. Pets welcome but not allowed on beds, which was difficult for a dog used to be sleeping on the bed. We wish there would have been a less rocky area for the pet area. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay! 」
