“This place is a beautiful hidden gem. We booked this hotel to break up a long drive. We used the pool & hot tub, mini golf and ate at the on-site restaurant. Staff were friendly, hotel is very clean and we slept in a very quiet comfortable room.”

“The pic on the website of expedia and hotel did not match. If you are not in the main building then you are very far from the lake and spa. No breakfast in the hotel, Not at all freindly staff when you check in, we checked in at 11 o'clock at night and they didn"t help us with our luggage. rooms were so so small....”

“Great location, beautiful grounds, and very pretty rooms. I don’t expect a lot from a continental breakfast but this one was particularly underwhelming. The “to go” coffee cups ran out even though there were very few guests on that particular day. The electric kettle was not working so there was no hot water for tea or oatmeal. And there was no staff around to address the issues. In addition, our room didn’t get cleaned and I had to ask for towels after returning from our day out. Very……

“Upon approaching the lodge, we were appalled at the condition of the building. It was run down and the landscaping needed attention. We were also very surprised to read a note on the outside of room saying that all Finger Lakes Lodging guests must register at the Mirbeau Inn & Spa down the road. We did as the note requested and went down to the spa. I wasn't very far away. Upon approaching the front desk I was asked how I was today. I said very disappointed in the condition of the building……
