“I ask for a quiet king room. Received an email from the property that they had me on a king room that was quiet. When I checked I mentioned the request and confirmation that, yes, I was assigned a quiet room. The room 431 faces the freeway, which you could hear all night. If your staff does not understand request and once they answers request has to granted. You either have poorly trained staff or staff that just not care about quality service.
