「I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant」

「We had a last-minute change in our plans and picked up this hotel on way. We were not able to make the dinner time snacks or the complementary drinks. The room was comfortable and very clean. The pillows were comfortable. The sound in the room was absolutely fantastic. No outside noise no distracting ice machine couldn’t even hear the highway! The buffet breakfast was fantastic other than the pot machine happen to be broken that morning. Everyone bent over backwards to make sure that our stay...
