"Awesome customer service especially on check-in. Very clean and it was almost like new. Not sure if it was or recent remodel. Stayed 3 nights, most comfortable sleep I’ve had in 20 years. Extremely comfortable. Firm, however a very plush soft top layer. The only thing that could improve would be softer towels. I’m sure it’s the hard water. Great stay and highly recommended!!"

"I was skeptical of this hotel because of how inexpensive it was compared to others around it, but it was a really great stay overall! Staff was very friendly and helped take care of a few things I needed assistance with. Sarah helped me book an extra night because I wanted to stay one night longer than originally planned. The room was really great and felt like an apartment that I’d want to live in permanently. The best part was being in the heart of Downtown and within walking distance of a ton of great restaurants and things to do! I will most definitely be booking again once I come back next year!"
