"We were here during the off season, so it was not very busy. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The hotel and indoor water park were clean. The hours of operation for the indoor water park & theme park were not clearly posted. The indoor theme park closed so early, we weren't able to use all of our game credits there. The bunk beds in the room have very thin, uncomfortable mattresses. The room was very spacious, but did not have enough places for everyone to sit. Google did not have the correct hours of operation for some of the local businesses. There are so many things to do in the area!"

"The remodel of this hotel was lovely. The lobby was cozy and the entire hotel was very clean. It will even be better once the restaurant opens. We would stay again. It was in a good location to the indoor water parks. Thank you for a great stay."
