「We had a lovely stay. The room was spacious with good aircon and spotlessly clean. Great black out blinds so had a lovely sleep. We loved the wet bar and forest thermal baths. Even in the rain it was a fantastic experience. The massage we had was fantastic and the spa room had the windows open so you could hear the sounds of the forest. All staff were delightful from check in to check out. We would return. 」

「This is a beautiful resort. The hot springs are very natural and relaxing, and very clean. There is an infinity pool looking out at the volcano. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We in got a lot hiking and activity in the area but also enjoyed the gym at the hotel which is well- equipped.」

「We were treated to a nice studio off-site which was incredible. A modern two room cabin style property with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything top modern and there was even an arcade, a record player, Alexa, two tvs, a Nintendo console and a very nice bathroom. It is cold in the mountains and while the two minisplit did not have a heating option, a free standing wood burning oven and blankets were provided.
