“I was pleasantly surprised, the photos online were pretty but once we got there the views were breathtaking. We took so many pictures of the volcano and the lake but still could not capture the beauty this location offers. The rooms and property were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. My favorite part was coming back to our room to find a new animal crafted with towels everyday, we were there for 8 days, I thought they'd run out of ways to fold the towels but they didn't. “Place was clean, friendly staff and food was fine. Service was great. Location was good. Hot springs area was good and the place is kids friendly. Great views of volcano and overall property is well maintained. Farm on site for fresh vegetables and admiring the animals. I would to choose it again.”

“A great little hotel! We stayed in a superior room, the bathrooms were on the smaller side but very clean! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Each room had its own mini split and fan so ac wasn’t an issue. There was a nice little morning coffee package provided to make a coffee in the room but every day we received a text asking us what we would like for breakfast the next day. All the breakfasts were made fresh the morning of, as well as a plate of fruit each. Adrian was super……

“Before I check in they didn’t tell me that hotel doesn’t have hot water, after check in they told me that system is broke and no hot water until 8 pm but I was there 4 days I had to take shower with cold water and never had hot water several times I complained but always they had a excuse ”

“The staff are helpfull and the Room is ok. However the the fridge was not plugged in and they dont supply coffee for the coffee maker. Room was clean with many beds but its not somewhere to relax in.. just go outside. Its close to town but you still need a car.”
