「We loved this spot! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. It didn't feel like a hotel in the best way - it felt more like you were staying at someone's private residence. We saw workers constantly cleaning pools and thermals, tending to the grounds, there was always someone around but no one ever bothered us to make us feel like we had to order something. I didn’t get a chance to eat the breakfast because they came late with our food and we were expected to do a coffee tour at 8:00, but it was quite alright. The room and staff made up for that.
