「Incredible property. Exactly as pictured. If you’ve ever been on a 5 star African safari this is the Costa Rican equivalent. Only disappointment was our room didn’t have a volcano view as pictured but the room was incredible nonetheless and the main dining and pool area had a great view of the volcano. 」

「We had a great stay at Fortuna Retreat. Only notes would be that the room could be a bit cleaner (in the corners of the bathroom, behind furniture) and the view from the ground floor rooms is not as advertised- you can’t get a clear view of the volcano. Otherwise the staff were amazing, the pool was lovely and the grounds were extremely well kept with beautiful greenery.」

「My husband and I stayed at Chongos place for 3 nights, it actually looks better in person than the pictures. They have made some updates and it’s completely fenced with parking available if you have a car. You can see the Arenal Volcano from the property but it was hard to see it completely since the clouds are always around it, we were able to see it a little better on our last day. There are 3 cabins that they rent and the owners have their house also in the same lot. Diana is very responsive...

「Arenal Oasis was one of our favourite stays in Costa Rica. The staff, property, trails, butterfly dome, on-site restaurant and cottage we stayed in were all top-notch. We spotted some of our first jungle wildlife just wandering about on the property and really enjoyed staying in a location surrounded by a jungle environment. Breakfast each morning in the open-air restaurant was great. The eco-lodge is on a quieter road but is very close to the more lively strip in LaFortuna where there are many...

「Wir hatten das obere Apartment mit einem sehr schönen Blick ins Grüne und einer tollen Terrasse. Das ganze Apartment ist großzügig gestaltet, sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Tolle Lage außerhalb des Ortes und damit ruhiger und entspannter, aber nah genug zu allen Attraktionen.」
