My only complaint is that they are trying to charge me for a third person when only two of us stayed here, checked in, and confirmed with staff at check-in. 「Incredible property. Exactly as pictured. If you’ve ever been on a 5 star African safari this is the Costa Rican equivalent. Only disappointment was our room didn’t have a volcano view as pictured but the room was incredible nonetheless and the main dining and pool area had a great view of the volcano. 」

「We had an amazing stay, the staff answered our numerous ridiculous questions and helped us plan our activities. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and the property has stellar views of the volcano.」

「This is a very beautiful home, clean, modern, perfectly comfortable. Host is very kind and attentive. Location is farther from La Fortuna but closer to all the hot springs, waterfall and places to explore. Uber was helpful to get here and get around. Peaceful environment full of beauty.
