「We had a wonderful time at the resort. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful. The amenities at Club Rio are great too. We repeated some of the activities because of how much fun we had. The only thing they could improve is the food. Food is not great at the hotel and it’s expensive.」

「What I liked the most was the staff that were always willing to help and when they see any animals on the property they would take you to see it. we also tried all the breakfast options which was very good. The hot springs were amazing the room was clean every time we came from a tour. We hiked on the property they have trails to go see waterfalls, ceiba tree and a farmhouse. What I didn’t like was they need more lighting and signage along the paths it was very hard to see at night.」

「The farm was so charming—including the goats and pigs! It felt secluded, safe, and had an excellent view of the farm and lake. The staff were sweet and attentive and the food was amazingly tasty.」

「The best view of the volcanic mountain directly from our room! Felt like we were in the middle of the jungle where dinosaurs roamed around our lodge. Loved everything about this place. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Costa Rica for the first time like us. Will definitely come back.」

「温泉的水温不会太烫，非常好」

「Hotel is really in a good area. We rent a car so driving out to the attractions weren’t too far from us at all. There are 6 pools/hot tubs to dip in and my son loves them all. My cleaning lady is so nice she made the elephant towel for us and she cleaned the room so well. The hotel is under renovation so some noise woke us up in the morning most of the time but overall we are happy with them. If we come back to La Fortuna in the future, we will definitely stay with them again.」
