The staff did not speak a word of English had to use Google translate which was very challenging; we booked a 1 bed they put us in a 2 bdrm and made us move the next day as we were leaving for our outing. Communication was terrible practically abysmal. AC was not functioning properly it was very cold and could not adjust temperature, windows did not close properly, the 1bdrm (Rm303) bathroom had no shower curtain or door so when you’re showering the...

Getting into Old Town is easy using Grab, and you can walk along the beach to An Bang if you want to spend time in the touristy areas before returning to your oasis! "
