Kiani Beach Resort Family
5.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very good, (598)
"Amazing location and very comfortable rooms. Staff is nice, food is average, the spa has a lot of options and great service, the mini market is very handy and activities are great for people with small children. Would have been nice to have a bit more animation in the evening for grown ups, all inclusive cocktails are unfortunately really bad quality and we didn't like that you had to pay an extra for the premium option. Overall it's a good value for money option, but not really a 5 stars. "

4.0 star property
7.8 out of 10, Good, (184)
"Front desk did not give any information related to the all inclusive perks. We could not reserve a la carte dining because we did not know we had to reserve 24 hours ahead. We received the info the next day in English. They would not give us a late check out, even by an hour and did not offer a place to shower in the interim. Our room was a good distance from all activities by the beach. People would reserve beach chairs early and not use them. No one was enforcing the rules. No water sports...
