Had to contact so.eone who gave me a code to another box in order to obtain a key. Recieved no communication for checking out. I had to reach out and ask. Outside of this our stay was good. 「This property was exactly what we needed, having several adults in our party who needed separate rooms. The place was clean, quirky and open and it's proximity to both the green and red line was great. Communication with the management team was prompt and they did end up resolving any issues we had.The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because of a few small things they need to address within the space.
