「Our stay at TRS Yucatan was truly above and beyond. Antonio and Miguel, our personal butlers, made the experience exceptional by coordinating transportation, activities, and reservations throughout our stay. I can’t imagine an all-inclusive without a personal butler now, and it’s why we’ll be choosing TRS resorts going forward.
The rooms were spotless and serviced multiple times a day. The food was outstanding at every TRS restaurant, and there was so much to do that we never felt the need to...

「Nice property. The food was average, but better than other all-inclusive resorts I’ve tried. Great service and very friendly staff. The only issue was that they wasted half of our day trying to sell their travel packages. There was one lady on their sales team who was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude when we declined their “promotion package”. 」

「The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect.
