"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome, friendly staff, and overall atmosphere. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, just a block away from the train station, making it very easy to explore. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, and their attention to detail really stood out. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable place to stay!"

"A lovely hotel with nice decor. Ozuwa (apologies if I spelt her name wrong) was very very kind, welcoming and helpful in our check in process. She was amazing. Fantastic extras include a welcome drink, and the option of Ramen or ice cream between 8 and 10 PM. A memorable addition to the hotel stay!"

"Lovely, lovely place. Easily the most pleasant stay in our 4 week stay in Japan. Everything's designed to make feel you welcome and have an unforgettable experience. Staff is extremely helpful, gentle and welcoming. Breakfast buffet is something special, an experience worth living, honestly. For us the only downside is that our room felt very old, it could use a slight renovation, or maybe it's just meant to be like that. Also it's all very family friendly, and they have a shuttle service that takes you from and to Nagano station, which is really helpful. A lovely, lovely place indeed."

Their genuine hospitality added a personal touch that made all the difference.The experience felt authentic and thoughtfully curated, with so many small details carefully considered to make guests feel special. From the atmosphere to the little touches throughout my stay, everything contributed to a unique and memorable experience. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into creating such a wonderful environment. I left with great memories and would happily return in the future."
