「Beautiful hotel. We were greeted by a glass of prosecco whilst we checked in. We had a standard room which was more than adequate in size and it has the softest bed and linen I think I have ever stayed in, the room had a balcony looking out over part of the golf course. We played golf and used the spa after which is intimate in size but well worth using. We ate in both restaurants and had breakfast on the terrace both mornings. 「We loved our weekend , the hotel was in a great location . Facilities staff and food were wonderful . The only downside was the constant traffic noise at night until early hours of the morning . This is probably the busy bank holiday weekend .」

「it is in the old town center and just next to the main attractive points like cathedral. as it is a building over 500 years old, so no lift but wooden stairs only (but this is the reason i stay here). Shared toilet and bathroom is good (and you can enjoy the cathedral view when you are "relaxing"). 」

「We spend a good time in this hotel. Room is clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Bath water smoothy. They also serve good breakfast。We arrived after ten at night and the front desk waited us patiently.Just 10 minutes walking to the old town.Free parking is a surplus.The restaurant in town they recommended is tasteful. 「Fabulous view with balcony Superior room did not have robes. Paint work in bathroom and bedroom needs addressing. Bath area needs good clean. Carpet in place’s disgusting. Bed comfy, as were coffee and tea facilities. Would stay again, but would not pay the room rate for this room!」

「Overall it's good. The service is excellent, and the room is cosy. But there was only one drawback which we met a private party. Therefore, the spa, Sunna cannot used as much as we can.」

「One night stay, quick check in and helped with parking on arrival. Great beach front location, walkable to everything but quiet. Great bar and breakfast. Bed/mattress firm and slept great. Had a really great stay. 」

「The hotel has recently been refurbished but still has the ‘old’ side which you can select the room for stay if you are interested in this historic experience. Those rooms will be available for cheaper prices as well. I chose to stay at the ‘newer’ side for my accommodation this time as they are usually more comfortable for a good night sleep. I was correct and the room looks amazing and spacious too! What a wonderful refurbishment with great designs. Staff were also very helpful and friendly...

「We stopped here for a Spitfires game for our young fella and to be honest wasn’t expecting much - but we were incredibly pleasantly surprised!! This place is exceptional, easy to find, easy to access and staff instructions were friendly and easy to follow. This is a great stay! 」
