“The standout part of my stay was definitely the service from the staff, who were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Specific shoutout to the manager working the morning of July 28, who helped me get ice for my cooler! He didn’t have to do that but it was very sweet that he did!”

“The staff is good at what they do, customer service, there's restaurants around the area, liquor stores all over and fast food, as these are all choices of the individual person or persons”

“ROOM: I expected the worst from reading other reviews but it was better than I thought. The room was spacious, bed was comfy and clean, no chemical or smoke smell, bathroom was clean and so were the linens and towels. The tables, counters and dressers were not dusty. The floor could use a little bit of work and the pull out couch had tons of stains. I suggest going for a wipeable couch lol. Blown away about how huge that tub was in the room. It looked like a birthing tub. I loved it and it was……

“Helpful and polite staff”

“First night our a/c was extremely loud, and smoke detector went off twice. We notified office next morning that day they had replaced the a/c unit and fixed the smoke alarm! They had a great response time for our concerns and were very apologetic for the lack of sleep we got the night before. A free night would have been great for the extreme lack of sleep and inconvenience, but also we did not ask. ”

“The included breakfast has many choices and is delicious. The hotel is very close to Disneyland, only a 7-minute drive. The only drawback was that no slippers, toothbrush or toothpaste were found in the room. I don’t know if I should ask the front desk to get it.”

“I liked the service and how convenient it was to go from place to place. The complimentary breakfast and the cleaning service were really nice, the hotel was close to attractions, and the decorations in the lobby were pretty. But the swimming pool had leaves in it and there aren’t any lifeguards there. I think that there could be a bit more safety around a few places, but other than that, it was overall a great experience!”
