Most outside noise stopped about 9pm-9:30 so that was satisfactory and also the fan on the A/C unit drowned out any noise for people that go to sleep early. 「We were greeted by the owner…she very graciously showed us around the hotel and gave us a room with a view of the New River. She was very welcoming. The 1902 building has been beautifully restored. The room was great…as a side note, she told us that they would be opening a steakhouse in town in a couple of weeks. The space worked very well for us as a couple. Note that they have rooms and dining options available for scheduling an event for friends and family.」

「The cabin is a wonderful place to stay. The bed is super comfortable, the towels are soft, the kitchen is equipped, and everything is clean. Check-in was simple, parking was ample, and communication with the host was fantastic. I loved the beautiful fall decorations throughout the rooms. If I am ever in the area again, I would not hesitate to book this property.」
