“This cabin was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The cabin was very clean with furnishing, decor, and amenities that were all well thought out. From the unique nature themed wall hangings to the abundance of hooks for coats and towels, everything about this place feels cozy and inviting. “We stayed a week at this lovely home and had a great time. It was so clean, and all the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The area is filled with fun things to do. Plenty of nature hikes at Ferne Clyffe State park, and the Garden of the Gods is worth the short drive. The lake was calm and we enjoyed several kayak trips. We look forward to coming back! “The location was perfect for our family to stay for a couple nights while attending a wedding in Cape Girardeau. Home was clean, comfortable and well furnished, and manager was quick to respond to an electrical problem we encountered by inadvertently overloading a circuit just a few hours after our arrival.”
