“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”

“The room was nice specially the bathroom but it did need a bit upkeep to a few spots on walls. Freezer needs to thaw out ice buildup.”

“I did online check-in in and they had my key ready for me even though I was there at 2:00 before the official check-in time of 3:00. They gave me a room on the first floor near the desk. It was lovely to have it so close to the lobby. There was ample parking, so it was good too. The room was very efficient and had everything needed. I loved that the bathroom light switch glowed at night. The TV was easy to opperate and there were lots of channels to choose from.”
