「Our stay here was brief but I was happy to see that they were willing to serve dinner not long before closing. (There aren’t a lot of dining choices nearby.) It is an older property but everything functioned and was clean. Boot tray in the closet for wet boots was a good feature, although we lucked out with the weather. We also appreciated the bottled water. We enjoyed the cook-to-order breakfast and overall friendliness of the property. The view of the bridge and stream was outstanding. 」

「The staff at this hotel are absolutely excellent. Room facilities great, but the room was on the first floor and I had asked for accessible room as my husband has severe mobility issues. In effect when he left the room it was a struggle for him to go back during the day until he absolutely had to.」

「We stayed at this hotel for one night with our dog and baby, and it was one of the most memorable stays we’ve ever had. Having experienced luxurious 5-star hotels in the UK and abroad, where you pay for top-tier amenities and service, I still prefer a place with genuinely friendly staff and a warm, local atmosphere. 「Friendly and hard working staff, lovely, clean room with fan available. Shower was great! Hot chocolate was a nice addition as well as the usual tea and coffee. Vegetarian breakfast was very nice.」

"The location is great and nearby the ferry pier. But the hotel is not in good maintenance at room, the toilet ceiling have a lot of dirty water marks, it looked disgusting. I booked a lakeview room that cost £250 a night, but not worth it, the room is really dilapidated, even they don't have a refrigerator at room, I needed to keep my birthday cake in their restaurant. The room price wss including the breakfast but it was lack of choice, they serve breakfast until 10:30 am, when I ordered scrambling egg with smoked salmon toast, they said no more but I saw other customers have it, I thought smoked salmon and egg are very common foods in a hotel restaurant, I wondered why they can tell me no more stocks. I just can say this hotel not worth for money, they are overpriced. Staffs are not really friendly. "
