「The property advertised free WiFi. It never worked the entire time we were there, even after they promised it would be repaired. As a result, we left two days early and asked for a refund for those two unused days. The property refused to provide a partial refund. And, the property sits right above the main highway to Bogata, it is VERY noise as the trucks are all in low gear to climb the steep hill. And, we were eaten alive by mosquitos ! And, the water pressure there is lousy, make it...

「I really like it, room was great, equipment of the kitchen including refrigerator is really helpful, bed is really good and the sofa-bed is also good, enough for two without issues, having the restaurant inside the hotel is a big plus, check out process was even easier than check in that it was super easy, my only complain is the noise for the room that we got this time because it was on the front of the main row and big trucks are annoying depending of how easy is your sleep, not a big deal for...
