“Only stayed one night. Nice apartment, well stocked with everything we needed. Pretty surroundings.”

“What can I say it’s a lovely experience to stay here big comfy bed, fluffy white towels and a absolute gem of a restaurant, it will always be my first choice when staying in the area to eat or sleep everything is 5*”

“I enjoyed my 3 night visit. I found the staff pleasant and the hotel a nice ambience. My room was a little tired but everything I needed. I will stay again. Great value for money.”

“I liked everything, from the delicious breakfasts, to the quaintness and lovely private patio in the back. It is right in the middle of everything going on in Stow; yet you can have a relaxed glass of wine in the back and get away from it all. And the staff are friendly and genuinely interested in you enjoying your stay!”

“预定了双床房，给我的是大床房，我反馈了以后，换了房间。因为房间在楼上，没有电梯，也没有服务员帮忙，所以服务不是很满意。其它都是比较中规中矩，价格不便宜，性价比不高。”

“Great location although parking restricted to road”

“洗澡只有固定花灑，毛巾浴巾只有一套。”

“Great location. Staff were nice.”

“The places was perfect for my needs. Single traveller stopping one night. Staff were friendly and informative of the surrounding places. Cafe almost dead opposite did a really good breakfast.”

“Its was nice experience over there”

“We had a great time staying here, even though it was only for one night. The staff was very accommodating and while we missed breakfast, they were able to leave us bags of food to take on our early morning car journey the next day. The dinner at the restaurant downstairs was also wonderful. Only complaint was at the shower. Could’ve been a little warmer!”

“We stayed for 2 nights (Saturday-Monday) and overall the stay was good! The room was lovely, well presented, clean (needed a few touch ups but nothing major) and comfortable. The female members of staff we spoke to were very helpful. Unfortunately, the Saturday night is the reason I’m not giving more stars. I understand it’s a pub so there will be noise to a degree, but there was loud talking and music until gone midnight and it was very frustrating. I had ear plugs in but could still hear it……

“The staff were very helpful and it felt homely and very comfortable. The food was enjoyable too. For an old building it was kept in good condition, nicely decorated and showed the history through artwork and photos.”

“We were put up the road which was a bit annoying. Nice comfortable room with a lot of character. Thank God there was a fan in the room.”

“Lovely”

“Wonderful and characterful property”
