「The entire hotel is just gross! We had to stay for a funeral and before we did anything I went to the store and bought bleach spray to clean everything in the room. When we got there at 4 the room was not ready so they put us in a room with a hot tub but they told us it did not work and we were ok with that, but it was disgusting.」

「Our stay was amazing, one of the Betsy was extremely helpful and so sweet! We had an issue with our door it was some kind of machinal malfunction and she was extremely understanding and quick in helping us figure it out, the room was clean and well maintained, the breakfast tasted amazing and the hot tub was so relaxing! I'll definitely be booking again for my husband and I!」

「A complete dump. I was only able to get a smoking room. Four days later, my clothes and even my luggage all still reeked of smoke . An awful experience .」

「We stayed and there are BUGS IN THE BEDS AND BATHROOM SINKS. When notified of the bugs they did not issue any sort of rectification other than a "sorry, we will notify our staff" unfortunately this was our first stay at a Sonesta and we will not return for future stays.」

「Gave away our room booked via Expedia. Never contacted us. Got there at 10pm after youth sports games to be turned away despite booking over 6 months ago. Terrible」

「This historic home is beautiful with great updates. Kathleen was an excellent host! Check-in was fast and easy, and the house was clean and exactly as described. Eight of us stayed here to go to Bucci's Italian Scratch Kitchen “Brunch Please!” and we also visited the Shovel City Drinkery. This house was a perfect getaway and would definitely stay again. 」

「The house was very clean. Lots of nice amenities and there was SNACKS. Beds were comfy. Washer/dryer in basement is wonderful. Close to a lot of things in town, and near Mansfield.Improvements suggested. Parking was not explained, there is not a driveway really so we just kinda guessed that we should park in the back on the grass? In the summer...the rooms upstairs with the bigger beds, only one has a window air conditioner. The other room is just hot, no ac and also window does not open/no...
