「Amazing stay!!! We just got back from our European adventure and our stay in Dubrovnik was 100% our favourite! The owner, Nikolina, made the experience 10/10. She arranged an airport pickup for us - they met us at the airport & dropped us right outside the walls of old town, where Nikolina herself was waiting to meet us. She then walked us directly to the hotel, giving us instructions/information about places we passed on the way. The room itself was lovely; comfortable bed, ice cold AC & a...

「Staying there was nice! It's pretty close to the beach and they even helped me retrieve my laptop which I accidentally left on a taxi. The WiFi signal they have there is pretty weak though, I would still recommend visitors to stay there if that's not an issue:D」

「Hotel Rustico is actually like a service apartment. I love the environment around, they provided more than enough household equipment. There also some leisure places to walk, bicycle for you to ride and swing for kids. The boss and his mother are very nice, we enjoyed our vacation there very much. However, the lighting system needed to be upgraded.」

「This hotel was lovely, great location and had convenient parking. Room was very comfortable and clean. We did have a not so pleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain but didn’t make a big deal as it was clear the hotel was aware of it as they had an air freshener in the corner. The breakfast staff were very friendly. Highly recommend the gelato place attached to the hotel! Definitely the best! Would recommend this hotel.」

「So good, helpful, but they are busy, they are restaurant staff, you need to wait.」

「On the first night of my stay, the showerhead broke halfway through my shower, and the water temperature was hard to control. I ended up finishing the shower in a very awkward and uncomfortable way. Later, when I was about to go to sleep, I found that the air conditioner remote had no batteries, so I had to go the whole night without any air conditioning. When I told the hostess, she assumed I was the one who broke it. Upon checkout, she asked me for €20 for the city tax, even though I had...

「房間較小，且先要到另外一地點reception(avior holidays)登記入住。他們會用哥爾夫球車載你到住處。 Residence距離old town 有十多分鐘步程，沿途可以欣賞海景。亦有很多餐廳及食物選擇。」

「Location is perfect . New and clean 」

「Started a great day for breakfast at the terrace. Staffs are friendly and helpful, just 15 minutes walk to Entrance 3. Lovely room with comfortable bed for next day walk. Food was delicious and value for money, just need to prepare more cash as they don’t accept card.」
