"We had a peaceful, lovely stay. Little Venice is an easy walk from Paddington Station, while also being a world in itself. The boat is cozy with a nice seating area near the entrance, a very workable kitchen, and room outside for two or three to enjoy drinks or a meal. It is a treat to see swans and other water birds out the windows. Rather than run the engine for hot water, we used the stove to warm up water for personal hygiene. "The hotel's breakfast is unbelievable. It is worth it to stay at this hotel for the breakfast alone. They are exceptionally good at cleaning the room. The staff is most helpful and they have plenty of staff available. I liked the hotel's location, just a couple of blocks from Victoria Station. Also, several good theaters very close."

"Excellent location. I had a twin bed room and it was small but had everything you need. Water was instantly hot (which isn't always a given) and there was a safe and extra blanket in the room. Only issue is the elevators are painfully slow. One day I had to wait over 5 minutes for one to show on my floor. A lot of people using the stairs but they are not well marked and are very twisty."
