“This hotel was nice with an excellent view over Cusco and it is conveniently located near all the main attractions. They kindly stored our bags during our trip to Machu Picchu which was very helpful. Having said this, the breakfast was quite minimal and we did have to pay extra per egg each morning so claiming breakfast is included was slightly misleading. Also, our room had a very bad smell during our stay which we think was from the plumbing. We did try to keep the windows open but there is no……

“seriously avoid at all costs! please!! i never write reviews but unfortunately this hostel was so disappointing that i felt the need to warn others. first… no toilet paper, towels, or soap in the room when we arrived. no one was there to greet us either, so we had to wait for the staff to text us in order to find our room. and the room itself smelled like… sewer… it was so horrible. we texted someone about the lack of toilet paper and towels and soap, and she told me she would bring them……

“Very kind host and supportive when our family was struggling acclimatizing to Cusco heights. Definitely plan on coming back here❤️”

“There was no hot water for shower at night. Sheet smells. Terrible experience. Paid for 4 people at Expedia, said the price was only for 2 people. Had to pay extra for another beds. Ridiculous”
