「It's an ok hotel if you are visiting Excel for an event but the hotel needs a make over and especially the public area is worn down. My room was ok and the restaurant was ok too. There is nothing else in the area so I recommend Excel north where there are more restaurants.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. The staff were amazing and very accomodating. The entire property was immaculate. On our last day we witnessed the housekeeping staff clean the common areas and we understood why the place was so clean. Next to the cleanliness, the gardens won as our favorite thing about the hotel. We spent many evenings enjoyng a bottle of wine in the peaceful gardens. This place was a very pleasant find. Tucked away from the hustle of London but very close to a tube...
