"房間整齊乾淨，有大浴缸可以泡澡，也有公區域可以休息看窗景。窗外可以直接看到洞爺湖景色非常漂亮。另外預約飯店接駁也很親切又方便，還沒到check-in時間，也有服務我們載到溫泉街，行李直接送到飯店。服務很周到。"

"飯店偏老舊，整體還算乾淨，房間都是湖景房非常漂亮，晚餐早餐中規中矩還行，庭院及公共區域相較其他飯店可能輸滿多的，如果價錢差不多可以考慮其他間"

"The hotel is grand, though old-fashioned. I enjoyed the lobby with its unique board games and free hot drinks machine. We discovered later there are also vending machines behind the elevators. The main attraction is the onsen. After I sprained my knee skiing, I went to the onsen on the 12th floor of the Hana Momiji hotel, which is connected on the 4th floor. The buffet breakfast and dinner had good variety and everything was well-prepared. The salon also had some nice desserts, and their gift-shop seemed reasonable."

"性價比極低、沒有服務、食物質素非常差。要除鞋入酒店但只提供一張櫈，行李自己拎上房，鞋儲物櫃要2人共用一格，但放唔到中boot高度，變相要入膠袋每日手挽到門口，好唔方便。女生的和服也只有少量，要提早預訂先有機會有。房間很多，好像參加旅行團一樣的情況，酒店內設施和lounge等到處都有好多人排隊。 結論：HK$1000/晚也不會再住。"

"This is not the traditional type of big, luxurious Japanese onsen hotel but it’s new, relaxing, airy and chic. In room bath is great with amazing view from the room. Food (Japanese western fusion) is good and staff is friendly and helpful. There is a noodle bar which opens until late and is impressive for a hotel of this scale. The overall design is modern and chill. It’s a good place for urban getaway. The neighborhood is very quiet too. Outdoor onsen water is not hot enough which is worth improving. There is a notice which says that the bath may not be hot enough because of the cold temperature but winter around Lake Toya has always been like this so it’s not a good excuse. "
