"If you're looking for a B&B to stay in Grand Junction, then this is the place. The place is small and cosy, and only has 5 rooms, which are well appointed, and made to feel like your own home away from home. Brenda is a very good host and does home cooked breakfasts every morning. It's a short drive from the centre of town, and a great base to explore the surrounding area. "This new property with both an RV park and tiny homes and classic airstreams to rent is overall a lovely design, directly on the river, has walking trails, and a very cute downtown area full of restaurants close by. Upon booking, the communication with the property was quick, efficient and pleasant. We had two reservations, one for an RV spot and one for a tiny home on the river.
