「Cottage was clean and a/c worked great! Located in a residential area meant driving to stores and restaurants. I didn’t cook any meals so I didn’t miss not having a dishwasher. I will stay here again in the future.」

「This is our 3rd stay there and we love it! We come every Labor Day」

「Owner is neglectful of basic maintenance. Closet door was freestanding and not attached to anything and fell over onto my child. Bathroom doorknob was installed backwards resulting in my wife being trapped in the locked bathroom. Bed was improperly assembled and collapsed on my child. Bedroom floor was badly damaged and splintered and resulted in splinters in my child's feet. Front facing windows were missing blinds and exposed our private space to the busy front streets. Dryer was disconnected...

「Love this property!! So clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as our base to motorcycle out of. Many beautiful places around. Montrose has many great places to eat. The groundskeeper, Joe, was great, as was Coal, the property watch cat. Night sky was endless with stars. Mornings, watch the herd of Elk in the fields below. We cannot wait to go back!!」
