「Very clean, comfortable, historic hotel. Staff and service second to none. I enjoyed my soak in the roll top bath. It is in a very busy restaurant/nightclub area with music from the neighbouring venues audible until early hours at the weekend but not overly intrusive. We would definitely stay again. 」

「Comfortable stay with the necessary amenities. I would recommend to people as was just what I needed and bonus that it is dog friendly for when I stay again and bring the dog. Clean, welcoming and lovely breakfast in the morning. 」

「Everything is excellent! The room is beautifully equipped, with superbly comfortable bed, brilliant shower, decent size bath and good Wi-fi. All staff in the pub were friendly and served us with good humour at breakfast, lunch or dinner. Food was brilliant (we ate there every night). Location was just what we were after, small village with no shops, but easy driving distance from larger centres. Plenty of walking trails nearby. Highly recommended.」

「The hotel, pub was absolutely perfect. The staff were excellent especially Tarik excuse me if not spelt correctly. All staff were extremely attentive. Room was so cozy, a little in the warm side but we didn’t see the thermostat as slightly hidden. We ate at the pub on Friday, food, drinks all excellent. Breakfast was fresh and hot. We will definitely be back.」
