“Really good ”

“We loved the location and we enjoyed a very nice, clean room. The only thing was below expectations, was the tv, as it didn't work very well. However, we didn't visit Denver to watch tv, but it was something that can be fixed easily. The bathroom was impeccable, the view from our 16th level room was superb. Overall, very happy and we'll go back in the near future without hesitation. ”

“Parking was secure. However, please be prepared to pay a nightly rate of $55 for self parking and $67 for valet. Staff were very courteous and helpful, especially the young, blonde valet attendant. He was very friendly, energetic and always had a smile.”

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3.
