"Very modern and beautiful hotel. Room was very clean, comfortable and had a good nights sleep in a very plush bed. We had a couple of drinks from Rojo bar and an amazing dinner at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse all located in lobby of hotel which was very convenient. Awesome plaxe to stay at for any occasion. "

"The bad: Hot tub was not functional and pool was the size of a postage stamp. Parking was valet only for $40/ day. Dresser in the room was broken. All 3 drawers were broken and not functional. Room was dated looking and beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was not good in any regards.The good: all staff we interacted with were polite, helpful, and pleasant. A/c in the room worked great! Room was spacious and we loved the full kitchen! Shower was hot and had great pressure! "

"Beautiful and new property in the middle of all the historical San Antonio downtown. We were in the last floor #20... the view, cleanliness and amenities of the room were on point. The staff of this property were nice and ver ly helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel and i will comeback. The Watson 1 rooftop bar is stunning and great atmosphere. Christian from front desk was so professional, Tyler also did great from front desk. "

"Many family activities for small children: feeding wild life, free bikes for use, playground, baby pool, game room, etc. Unfortunately the food and drink situation for adults was not great. They were severely understaffed everywhere. It took 20 minutes to get a drink. Food was average to below average at best. they could make a LOT more money if they improved the food and beverage service."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Older hotel that has been renovated very nicely. The room was somewhat humid & the carpet (ready for replacement) was kind of damp & yucky...bring your flip flops. Great balcony with views on the back side off street. Parking behind the hotel was $20 & tight...drive your smaller car. We would stay again!"
