"Had an amazing stay with my family! Read the reviews before booking and heard great things so we took a shot and glad we did. We felt very safe in our hotel and walking around. Every staff member was so welcoming and talked to us like family. The women on night shift helped us set up two excursions that did not disappoint. Every time we needed a taxi, they were there to call one for us. I lost my phone in one of the cabs and the front desk called the cab service and was able to get it located back to me. Small complaint would be construction going on outside our room but that was around 8am and we were already up by then most days so wasn’t bothersome to us as it would be to others. The food and drinks at the Horizons was delicious! Loved the advantage of having a shaded spot to sit in while on the beach. So many great things to say about this place, and cannot wait to come back to them! "
