「I had an incredible stay at this property. I was only here for a day and a half, but the hosts gave me great recommendations for restaurants and other things to do. The room was extremely clean and well-furnished. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The location cannot be beat! Right by the river so you can watch sunrise or sunset every day. It is also very secure. I would definitely stay here again!」

「The property is in a good location, everything was good, but we suggested add more illumination in the room, add champu in the bathroom and the inconvenience to carry out the baggage 3 floors.」

「The room was very clean and the staff were all incredible! The views were more than I expected & pictures truly don’t do it justice. We were walked up and shown our room and the air conditioning was already on which was perfect as it was a very hot day outside. They have parking which is a bit hidden however the bell boy walked us through it and even met us there to bring out suitcases inside. HIGHLY recommended this hotel」

「The suite was amazing. Air conditioning worked great and the shower has perfect water pressure. The area is very quiet so was just what we needed for a good night sleep. Breakfast in the morning was incredible. My daughter is Gluten Free and lactose intolerant and the made a special breakfast for her. Highly recommend this place!!」

「Perfect location for exploring Porto. Hotel in old historic building, nicely refurbished and finished inside in combination of traditional and modern / artistic style. Staff excellent - Ajita who welcomed us on our arrival was so nice, polite and helpful that we felt comfortable and relaxed from the first second. 「Everything is very good. Fashion design, comfortable bed, clean room and good location to see the Douro river in the room. Only one disadvantage is the hot water is not enough for taking shower over 10 mins. 」

「We stayed here for two nights, very good service, all the staffs here are very fariendly, the hotel loace in a very busy comercial street which is easy to get around, a lots of shops and restaurats nearby. The hotel does not have a parking space but there is a large parking garage nearby. Highly recommended.」

「We did not stay at Lenscape coterie as it was undergoing renovations and therefore not open. We were relocated to another hotel in the group Torel Saboaria where we had a wonderful room. The breakfast was superb we had lunch and dinner which were equally as good as breakfast. We cannot thank all the staff enough as everyone was so kind, helpful and attentive even to the point of providing gluten free pancakes at breakfast.」

「Very comfortable! Located inside of a cafe, each floor is one unit, n the elevator brings u to ur own unit. Really cool. Breakfast is decent, cos we arrived on Christmas Eve n no one works on the next morning,so they prepared our breakfast in the fridge for us. Only con is bathroom design is weird, u can't possibly keep the toilet area dry after showering. Overall, super recommended! 」
