"We were traveling with 47 teenager to the state championship Debate finals. The staff was patient, kind and funny. The rooms were very comfortable, the beds were very comfortable. The pool was unheated, but none of the kids minded, they had a blast playing in the pool. "This hotel is a scam. It may be under new ownership but they hired to have a really nice website made and spent time removing reviews. If you look up this hotel by address you will find that it is used by the city of Anchorage as a homeless shelter. It still looks like a homeless shelter, we booked this in advance and showed up at 11pm and thought our GPS was wrong so we drove around the block 3 times looking for the place. It's an absolute dump with no signage and people shooting up on the side...
