"Everything was a good experience with the exception of the woman at the frint desk - Zoey. She was extremely rude upon check in and when i asked a question to clarify a change that was made, she responded very aggressively. This was my first impression of the property as she was the first person i saw. Other than this interaction, everything else was great. Sheila (maid) was absolutely amazing and the sweetest hotel staff member ever! "
