「They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. 」

「I hope the elevator service can be improved, each elevator ride requires a wait of about ten to twenty minutes.」

「It is a very nice but expensive vacation. If traveling with a large family, multiple families, or a large group it can be affordable. I would recommend having your own snacks and beverages because they are pricey with gratuity added on every purchase. It was a wonderful stay enjoyed by all.」

「Clean place. I expected as much as we paid for two nights to had bigger size rooms. Was small when it came to the sleeping area and how close the bathroom was from the bed. Phone wasn’t working, called downstairs, they never came up. Also, no ventilation in the bathroom so keep the bathroom door cracked. Pretty basic rooms but clean. Breakfast was pleasant.」
