“Not the greatest. It was clean, but uncomfortably hot. The biggest problem was the lecture we got when we checked in about keeping the sheets clean. He was nice and recommended a place to eat etc. but it made me so uneasy that I couldn’t relax. Additionally, no one answered at the office when we went to check out, so I sent an email letting him know where the key was, and I requested a receipt for any credit card charges. “100/100 STARS for Berni, Jeff and Fe! The cottage is an easy Peary walk to Beach Area One where all the entertainment, shops, food and bars are located! We could easily walk back to the cottage for lunch and then back to the beach ! The cottage is immaculate, and the owners are really good peeps, with personable communication and follow-up! The master bed was all springs, the trundles were rock hard, and the AC unit was ineffective and noisy. “Helen was great, unfortunately the property isn't what is described. There are no beds, rather two fold down small couches. No pillows or bedding and it definitely does not sleep 4 adults unless you count two sleeping on the floor. The cottage is cute but cluttered with the most knick nacks I've ever see in one place. Barely a square inch free. The fridge less than 2 cubic feet. Enough for a few beverages, but definitely not food. The outside is very nice actually and the grilling……

“The property itself was amazing! We loved being right on the beach. The cottage (#3, since they are all a bit different) was a bit small for four people, but we made it work. It was clean and well maintained overall. The WiFi didn’t work too well, and the shower was either freezing or boiling hot, no in between. Our goals were met though. We wanted a place on the beach that was close to restaurants, shopping, and other tourist attractions, and this cottage worked for that.”

There was plenty of space for us to spread out and we especially enjoyed the screened in porch, hot tub, campfires, kayaking, and sunsets over the lake. “Overall great experience. The location is excellent - walkable distance to Wasaga Beach and beautiful view of the river. The home is a great size and accommodated our group well. All of the bedrooms are quite spacious. The pool table and Blackjack table were a big hit, lots to do in the evenings as we settled down. We were told only after booking that we would be responsible for taking our garbage with us which was not ideal given the size of our group. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!”

“C'est un endroit vraiment en ligne droite sur la plage, vous avez à votre disposition barbecue, ustensiles, chaudrons et assiettes. Il vous faut juste apporter votre literie complète, serviettes pour votre douche, savon, shampoing. Vous devez rester l'endroit propre et sortir vos déchets et les déposer dans les poubelles après votre séjour. Un bel endroit, une belle plage sur la baie Georgienne.”
