「Excellent all around and lovely staff」

「Comfortable room in a lovely pub. Helpful, friendly staff. Great atmosphere in the pub and delicious food.」

「Nice hotel in a great location. We enjoyed our stay」

「OK room - no air con but understandable give the age of the building. Bed was OK, but traffic noise is noticeable, especially with the window open (remember there is no air con), so not the best nights' sleep. Staff were fantastic though, especially the breakfast server and the breakfast itself was great.」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Pembroke Arms. It’s set in a beautiful location and was the ideal base for exploring Salisbury. The food was fantastic and the service was impeccable from start to finish. Our room was absolutely gorgeous — beautifully decorated, comfortable and full of character. We really couldn’t fault our stay and would definitely return.」

「Stayed here for 2 nights and will definitely stay again! The rooms were nice and cosy, great food options, quiet location, friendly staff and only a few minutes drive from car parks to walk in the New forest. Highly recommend」

「I have just stayed at The Fighting Cocks for the weekend. Unfortunately we choose the weekend of the A31 closure and the New Forest fires! Resulting in a lot of traffic passing the pub. Not their fault. The staff were very helpful and friendly the room was great, clean and comfortable and breakfast was included and really tasty. We had an evening meal on the Saturday which was ample and reasonably priced. All in all a great little stop over.」

「The room is tidy and comfortable. It is a bit small but adequate for 4 adults. It would be perfect if the Wifi signal is stronger in the room.」

「Good location and parking. Rooms within main building poor and terrible smell from corridor」

「The staff we had contact with were exceedingly helpful and friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food quality was excellent.」
