「The home was just the right size for the five of us, it is a duplex but we didn't hear much from the next unit so we were hoping it was the same on their side. The house was clean, organized, and had a nice table to play card games and eat. We did come to stay on January 2nd, it felt like the cleaning crew might've been a bit rushed since the throw blankets were damp on the beds. The host was responsive when messaged, the neighborhood was nice and located close to Starbucks and Winco.」

「While the location was a few miles from Pullman, the drive was pretty from Steptow Butte and the price very affordable. Note. Do not follow any Google route onto gravel or dirt roads, use the paved highway. The apartment is light and airy, with a full kitchen. The unit is on the second floor. The evening and morning cloud formations were really pretty. Very quiet and comfortable bed and sofa bed. Communication with Ethan was very easy and he was quick with responses. Thank you Ethan.」

We were told there was only one flight of stairs but there were two with a landing making one of our people have to stay elsewhere and making it hard on our other disabled people to get up. 「Although the view was fantastic and the property was clean and well layout. Being downstairs, was VERY loud!! We could hear everything in the upstairs unit even conversations. There are 3 decks the top two over looking the lake are great but the bottom dock is in disrepair and falling into the lake, needs attention and is dangerous.There was only one small kayak. If you are planning to play on the lake you need to make arrangements otherwise or see if the owners have replenished the other...

"As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many issues overall. The only real highlight was the swimming pool, which our child absolutely loved"
