“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable and staff were friendly. The only downfall was the “continental breakfast” - not great. We were happy that Tim Hortons was next door. ”

“雖然房間係比較舊，毛巾偏黃，整體尚算整潔。床褥偏軟，環境寧靜，有泳池，池水溫度很暖，有早餐，不過味道一般。但總算應有的都有。性價比頗高。沒有投訴。 備注：停車場有個頗大的凹陷洞，需要多加留意。”

“Clean and comfortable, basic motel. Convenient location. Appreciated the room had a fridge and microwave. Would stay again ONLY IF they put up blackout curtains on the back side of the building and not just a white translucent shade. Got in very late from a concert and was woken up at 5 am with the sunrise because of the lack of curtain. A cheap fix which would make the stay a lot more enjoyable.”

“The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. Also, the coffee machine had a bit of mould in corners of water reservoir and calcium build up. With a thorough cleaning; the room would be good! Other than that; the hotel and grounds were well maintained. And staff were great.”
