「The property itself was okay, served the purpose of a room to sleep in, but definitely could benefit from a deep clean and some minor upgrades. It’s quiet, which is very nice. There is a bus stop right outside the building, which is convenient, but it’s about 30 minutes to get downtown. The restaurant downstairs is great and the staff is all friendly and nice.」

「Very good value of money. Bus stop in front of hotel. A few bus routes to city. This is my second visit with my family. In the future will stay in this hotel.」

「Everthing was great, but I seen a mouse.」

「Overall a not bad place to stay BUT ....... We travel extensively and stay in lot of hotels in the USA and Canada. We were conditioned to free WiFi. This hotel offers FREE WiFi for 30 minutes a day and you have to pay a fee for usage beyond that. 30 minutes! It's not like they undercharge for their rooms and have to make up for it with extra fees.」

「Amanda was very welcoming when we arrived and a bonus was the free onsite parking and close proximity to the university. It was just what we needed for the one night stay. Unfortunately, the bathroom is a bit dated, and the shower roof is on a slant so I managed to stand upright, just, but any taller and you would struggle. I did appreciate they had left a stool though so you could sit down and not bump your head if you wanted too. Amanda was very kind and apologised when I explained about it....

「Owner David is very friendly. A very good breakfast too.」

「Room was very clean, bed was great. Meal downstairs was excellent. We happened to be there on a Sunday and had the Sunday Roast, delicious.」

「We stayed here for our 3 days in Edinburgh. We walked to most main attractions from this location. It was a bit out of the central area so it was nice and quiet but a further walk each day in order to get most places, but definitely do able. Rooms were very large, restaurant was excellent.」

「Apartment is prefect. Good location. However, I requested 3 beds but cannot provide and without notification. Finally, my son needed to sleep on sofa. Hope can improvement the communication.」
