"Property was great along with the amenities and activities. However, the rooms could use some updating."

"It’s a restored older hotel in close proximity to the beaches. We had one one of the smaller rooms which was ok but would’ve preferred something a little larger. The bathroom was small which is to expected in an older hotel. The tv cable system was one of those where they stream all the stations that almost nobody watches at home. When you would enter a station number from the list that they have it would come up not available. We chose it for the old time charm not the tv reception and were not disappointed!!"

"Staff is friendly, very family oriented, my children enjoyed it, currently the property is being renovated, but it wasn’t in our way or hindered our stay at the time. Love the access to the beach, drinks were good but a bit on the higher price,We did bring a cooler, ice was available and no issues about it from staff. Overall very relaxed, rooms were clean, beds were comfy."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family this weekend. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Everyone at the front desk, the bar, and the kitchen was very kind and welcoming. This is exactly the kind of place you want when you're looking to relax. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, and the staff truly make you feel at home. If you ask about things to do in the area, they take the time to explain everything and give great recommendations. The bar is excellent, the ladies working there are very friendly, and the food is delicious with very reasonable prices. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place."

"The room smelled terrible, the shower worked but was not in good condition and the floorboards by the shower were coming up which is due to water coming out of the shower. Cheaply done and the whole place feels like cheap housing. The Tiki Bar sounded like fun but I wasn’t comfortable as a single woman even going there.And there were men’s underwear and socks in the drawer which creeped me out. The front desk person was ver pleasant."

"Much better than I expected. I read the reviews and saw the pictures and I was expecting it to be pretty much average as a hotel can be. It was very unique with its own vibe. My only complaint would be the water closet design. Toilet and shower are separated by a wall, but share a single sliding glass door. While taking a duce, I felt like I was on a cruise ship."

"Love the design of the lobby, the pool area, the plants and beach area were so pretty! The room was great too."
