“Very nice property! Clean and lovely water view!”

“My wife and I were with another couple on a birthday celebration and needed a place near Palma Sol Bay where we had reservations to ride the horses in the water. The location turned out to be perfect in all respects as it offered alternative options to get to specific locations throughout the area and it was within 30 minutes of everything even if traffic was heavy. The place was very clean and offered a small kitchen, two full bathrooms and two bedrooms (one queen, one king) and two couches……

“Loved our stay here. Very convenient to access all the shops and restaurants on Pine, especially with young kids. It’s worth nothing that on a weekend night you can sometimes hear music from the coffee shop below inside the condo. It wasn’t as noticeable during the week but it is relevant for families especially who want a quiet place or have young kids. Ours sleep with sound machines so it wasn’t an issue. The property is immaculate and very nice for families. Beds super comfortable. Our girls……

“Clean, quiet and an easy walk to the beach.”

“Quiet, cozy stay just a short walk to the beach or gulf. This place is perfect if you want to enjoy the quieter side of St Pete, namely Pass A Grille, yet close enough to plenty of activities and amenities. There was plenty of information for folks new to the area and for the check in process and during your stay. I greatly appreciate a host who thinks of small things around the unit, which are so helpful to travelers that aren't there just to sleep. There's a well stocked kitchen, some……

“If you don't mind being off the beaten path, this is an incredible find, just minutes from the island beaches. Neat, clean and nicely appointed efficiency apartment. Parking in front of your unit with a side patio with grill and equipped with TVs and comfortable bedding. It was our first time with VRBO and no hassle registration with clear instructions for entry made this a very enjoyable experience. We would definitely come back!”
