“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”

“The hotel was nice - great options for food/drink. We particularly enjoyed the cabana rentals - fair price and very friendly staff (Kevin). Every server, bartender and main desk employee was kind and helpful. The beach was very well maintained and I will stay here again. The only negative was paying to park, which sounds like it’s becoming more common at hotels/resorts.”

“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”

“Room was clean but musty smelling. Staff was nice, breakfast was good. I need to hire the person who took the pictures for this room. If they can make those rooms look that pretty they will make my goofy family portrait look amazing! ”

“Not what I would normally expect of a Hilton. Seems to be catering to a younger crowd wit few amenities. Parking was a ridiculous $40 for overnight.”

“Room was nice. Front desk staff was slow and the bar service on both occasions was terrible. Inattentive and easily distracted. Decent pool but not very big so get up there early if you want to get a chair. ”

“This property has retained its beauty throughout the years. The property is clean and the staff pleasant. That said, there is not much around the property as it is out of the way a bit. This allows it to capitalize on convenience through its escalated pricing for even the most basic of amenities. Think of it more like a captive audience. The bathroom showed signs of wear and regardless of the time of day or night, the water pressure in the shower was barely enough to make it out of the shower……

“Our room was clean as well as the halls. Breakfast was hot and delicious. I loved the lemon water available throughout the day. In addition, the warm cookies was the icing on the cake.... well cookies!”
